Maola Local Dairies, owned by the farmers of Maryland & Virginia Milk Producers Cooperative Association, is thrilled to announce the hiring of Chad Dubbe as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective August 13.
Chad Dubbe joins Maola after 15 years with Leprino Foods Company, most recently serving as Vice President, Finance – Cheese Global Business Unit. His extensive background in the dairy industry and financial leadership makes him an ideal fit for Maola’s ambitious growth plans.
In his role as CFO, Dubbe will be instrumental in shaping Maola’s financial strategy and direction, while supporting the organization’s overall vision. He will spearhead all financial and corporate administration, business planning, and budgeting initiatives. Additionally, Dubbe will oversee Maola’s finance, accounting, payroll, risk management, and IT departments, ensuring streamlined operations across these crucial areas.

Dubbe’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for Maola Local Dairies. He replaces Jon Cowell, who has transitioned to the role of Chief Operating Officer. This move is part of a broader leadership succession plan, which will see Jay Bryant step down as CEO on January 1, 2025, with Cowell assuming the top executive position.
