Maryland & Virginia Milk Producers Cooperative’s Board of Directors embarked on an intensive strategic planning process in 2019.
That process culminated in the establishment of a fresh set of core values and strategic planks to use as the foundation for the cooperative’s course of direction over the next five to seven years.
Most importantly, the team crafted a new mission statement. Our mission provides purpose and delivers guidance and direction to our members, employees and customers. We believe it is a mindset to embrace and live by every day.
Our mission: to be a sustainable cooperative that maximizes value for our Farmer-Owners, Employees and Customers.
