Maryland & Virginia holds District Meetings each year to give updates on cooperative business. In 2022, these meetings will take place in November. 

Each district has no less than one meeting, which allows the executive team to present cooperative updates eand to place nominations for Board of Directors positions and Leadership Council positions. Nominations can also be made prior to the meeting. 

After the meeting, election ballots are mailed to each member farm. Ballots are returned to the cooperative’s auditor, Herbein and Co.
